Grotto of Mary Magdalene. 

It is 1 hour 20 minutes driving from Mandelieu. This modern hotel was created for pilgrims of the grotto of Mary Magdalene. According to legend, St. Mary Magdalene lived here in seclusion; there is a part of her holy relics.The grotto is situated in a cliff in the houses of Benedictine monastery. In France, Mary Magdalene is revered as the patron of monasticism and as the patroness of brides, that's why a lot of people make a pilgrimage to the cave in the mountains of Saint Baume (Provence).

Shroud of Turin

It is situated 2 hours of driving from Mandelieu. This is a Christian relic, four-meter linen cloth in which, according to legend, Joseph of Arimathea wrapped the body of Jesus after his sufferings on the Cross and death. Currently it is kept in the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Turin.

St. Margaret Island

It is the largest island among the islands of Lerins. You can visit it by ships, which depart from Cannes every 30 minutes.
